NJ Asked: Should I have my girlfriend’s hair cut short?
My girlfriend has been wanting to take me to her salon and have my hair (shoulder length) cut short forever and I've agreed to do so on Wednesday.
However yesterday at work one of the girls I work with came in after the weekend sporting s short pixie! i told my GF last night that i want her long hair (a bit longer than mine) cut in to a pixie (I think she will look really hot). She initially said no, saying it was different for a girl to cut her hair, which I disagreed with. She then decided that I was bluffing her (which I probably was) and said she would if i really wanted her to….
So on Wednesday, if she has my hair cut short do i 1) let her keep her long hair or 2) have it cut in to a pixie, which tempts me because I know she will look stunning!
If hair is worth less to a male how come so many celebrities / sports stars are having hair transplants to get over baldness?
Must admit that it's about time I cut my hair! I'm just thinking that after all the nagging it would be a neat way of turning the tables by having her cropped! lol

well its your hair, just like your gf hair is HER hair. You don't have to cut it if you don't want to, and she shouldn't have to cut hers if she doesn't want to. But i do agree with you, pixie cuts are very very cute. too bad i could never pull one off haha. try showing your gf some pics of pixie cuts. she might come around. hope this helps
If I could put myself in your shoes – which is difficult because I'm a girl – I'd have her hair cut exactly as YOU want! This ia assuming your hair is cut short.

Do you genuinely think that your girlfriend will look good with a pixie cut or is it because the girl at yourwork looked really good? The pixie cut is a hard haircut to pull off and as well as having the features to make it work you also need to have the confidence. If she looks good when her hair is tied back then she should look good with a pixie cut. However, it is her hair and she should do with it what she wants.
